Pharmanex

Last weekend I walked into a local nutrition store. At the time it was busy as they offered special prices and something I didn't expect. They had a Pharmanex bioscan machine that measures a broad spectrum of antioxidants in the body. The test is usually $10.00 but that day it was free. I think I surprised the person testing me when I scored 41,000. She said it was the highest score of the day. I used to be afraid that you can take to many antioxidants but now I know that I am not afraid to raise my diet to a higher level. I have never taken any Pharmanex products.

I don't look for magic bullets like Iodine supplementation. I have looked for information based on common sense and a broad spectrum of nutrition. Your body needs plant based nutrition. I think your body uses nutrition like a synthony orchestra. When some of the musicians are weak or missing, there is only so much it can do. Tweet
