Re: Remineralization of tooth enamel

The actual Doctors writings are in Russian. The synopsis of the doctors findings can be found at:

http://www.oilpulling.com

Does Oil Pulling cure receding gums? I don't know. In theory, if gum disease is caused by bacteria, and oil pulling removes harmful bacteria and toxins from your mouth, then yes, it would. If you want to know if it will cause gums to grow back? Again, I don't know.

According to other posters, oil pulling has a very positive effect on gum disease. So perhaps it puts the mouth is a healthy state to support the re-growth of gums. I'm sure this would not happen over night. Since the majority of us have only been doing this for months, not years, it will be interesting to find out.

We are writing our own history now.
