Aye - Here are my thoughts
Aye
In my contemplation of your words, I found myself more connected to speaking from my God light to your God light. So it may be that I don’t answer your questions directly from the physical perspective of your asking, but more from the soul perspective as I felt it.
This is long and I may ramble a little, but I think you will easily piece it together and take what you need from it to find your own answers………
Enlightenment is releasing the resistance so as to allow the natural raising of vibration so that you can be the true extension of God that you really are.
The way to become enlightened is to care more than anything else that you feel good. If you were to ask yourself in each moment “Does this really feel good to me?” and follow only the feel good path, irrelevant of what others opinions of your choice are, is to fully connect with the God within you. And then, all the answers to your questions will come immediately.
There are no painful paths to enlightenment. If there is suffering at the beginning or the middle of the journey, then the outcome is one of suffering. If you follow the path of least resistance, that is one of feeling good, then the result is always Joy.
We are all born into the physical realm with contrast. Contrast (knowing what we do not want and knowing what we do want) helps you define what you desire.
Once you focus your attention on what you desire, with no resistance, all discomfort subsides. But when you desire something that you believe you can not have, or it is wrong to have, then pain follows.
Many spiritual teachers advise us to shut off our desires. They teach this because they can see many (and themselves too in some cases) are so out of alignment with their desires that it can only cause pain. BUT the shutting down of desire is an impossible task, because the world we are born into is established to create more and more desire within us as a result of the contrast we are living.
You can not shut off your desires. If you stand in resistant belief that desire is bad then it is impossible to feel the joy of conscious expansion. When you allow yourself to have desire and allow yourself to believe that you can achieve what you desire, the well-being that is your birth right flows and flows and flows.
Practicing Allowing means to find things to focus on which causes a vibration that harmonises with that which causes you to offer a vibration that is your God light. When you commit to only following that which feels good to you, you are in tune with the energy that is really you. And you attract health, connectedness, stability, joy and abundance in all things - All the things that are the physical extension of the God force that is really you.
When you remember who you really are, you will know that you are a powerful creative genius. One who loves and is loved. The reclaiming of who you are will release all resistance and allow your energy to flow.
While you focus on ‘What Is’, you keep escalating ‘What Is’. It is important to selectively sift through what you see and deliberately find within your ‘What Is’ only that which feels good. That will allow you to clean up your vibration in many aspects of your life.
Make friends with your ego. In order to experience the enlightenment that you desire, you must be selfish enough to allow yourself to feel good under any condition. You are a physical extension of God and the ultimate selfish experience is to allow yourself to be full of self. And this is achieved by deliberately choosing thoughts that feel good to you. Then any action becomes inspired action, and does not need to be questioned or contemplated by another. You become your own teacher.
When you condemn your own ego, you are not being full of self. When you criticize yourself or another, when you worry that you’re not headed in the right direction, you’re not full of self. Being selfish means to make the best of each and every moment. Rejection of ego is disconnection from self. To disconnect from self, is to disconnect from the God force.
Desire is not *bad* - Ego is not *bad* If it feels good, it IS good.
All is good. All is God.
A belief is merely a thought you think over and over and over and over and over again, until it thinks you. When it thinks you, you are no longer the thinker, but the carrier of the thought. And by Law of Attraction, that which you believe to be truth manifests over and over again. You always have the power to choose a new truth.
When you release the beliefs that are resistant to your nature, your natural well-being will return and be experienced in every direction of your life, in all ways. The cork will float.
When you seek approval from others, you allow others to affect your vibration. When you empathise with others and have not deliberately practiced your vibration, you allow others to affect your vibration. When you don’t make it your dominant intent to feel good all the time, you allow others to affect your vibration.
To assist you in releasing resistance, you must let the contrast of your life experience help you clarify what you don’t want. But the minute you are sure about what you don’t want, and what you DO want becomes clear, start only talking of that which you do want and why you want it. Let the desire grow in joy – pretend it, imagine it, play with it. Script it by writing it out like you want it to be. Your pen will bring your desire to life. Write until you feel emotionally moved and see the completeness and the clarity of your desire. Then let it go.
Allow desire to be delicious to you. Do not fear that which you desire. To close your physical eyes to desire is to shut out the beauty of vision. An old meditation teacher I had went blind because she chose to shut out ego and desire.
There is no escape from the cycle of birth, death and rebirth. We are all eternal, evolving beings, come forth from non-physical to physical as part of the expansion of the universe. The expansion is born of desire and we are the magnificent co-creators.
