Who would of thought...

...that the lip doesn't form a scab like the rest of the body and goes into a constant cycle. Sitting down, i just realised i've had constant shedding skin of the lips for 13 years. I've missed out on alot and gained alot. Its been no different from day 1 to day 1000+.. the same peeling cycle. I feel innocent to the whole situation because i was young when i first picked at my lips. Why does the skin keep growing and growing and growing? I am doing my master plan and even though i see "improvement" with the skin underneath.. it still grows. I haven't lost faith but i've tried things logically and still to no avail.

I know everyone who has this feels the same why i do. You just want to be "normal" again.

I've read deep into this forum. Found inspiring posts and different theories. I constantly have different ideas popping up in my head. I do know this though. i remember it started on one area for me. I carried on picking and there was blood when i tugged at the healthy skin, which eventually turned to EC skin. I'm sure this has been posted before but there was blood. I picked at the top lip and there was blood and resistance. i remember i had blood on my fingernails. Now no blood at all and no resitance. I really want to help you all with this condition, it really can isolate you which leads to other setbacks.


I'm going to use blood as a sign of life. If i pull at the skin and no blood, then what i'm doing isn't working. Thats logical to me. I'm actually mentally drained from this whole fiasco, thats why i decided to post. So people with the same condition as me can get in my head. I've got faith and i know something is out there that can cure this. peace. Tweet
