I know this was posted a couple of years ago, but I thought it might help people like me who are searching for information and come across this post to visit this site for information on the mineral content of agave nectar.

You can search agave and maple and compare them. I did a 10 day with maple and a bit of molasses a while back and now I am going to try it with raw amber agave.
