? on liver or pancreatic ducts plugged up w/dead flukes

Hi Guys,
I need someone to go "macro" on the answer to this one.
I read where the dead flukes (most of them without naming them) can and do plug up the ducts to the liver and pancreas when they die as we kill them off with dewormers.
Since I have been diabetic, I have had a "brittle" kind of diabetes that has really never been controled with EITHER p.o. drugs (which I never could take, anyway, except for the metformin) or insulin. Since I have been doing the liver flushes, my blood sugar is all over the place. There is no way I am going to control it. I am thinking dead parasites in the ducts. There is no way I am going to talk to my MD about this, either. It is putting my thinking into a "stalemate" situation as to what to say to my doctor next time I go and he talks about blood sugar control. More insulin is not the answer. I have gone up on the insulin as well as chnanged insulin. This is NOT working.
I was wondering if anyone could give me any feedback on this. My thinking is that I had several kinds of the flukes and am wondering if there actually WERE some in the pancreas , they died, and if this is what is influencing my blood sugar. My liver is definitely not in line yet. The last liver flush I did it felt like it did nothing and that something, indeed, was plugging up the bile duct. There wasn't much relief in the congestion after this liver flush.
I am transcending forum lines on this as I really don't know which forum to post this on. I have already posted on the liver flush support forum. There doesn't seem to be much traffic there right now.
Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

An edit: I always think of something else LATER, sorry!
I never eat raw fish. I have been reading in a parasitology book, however, that some of the eggs of raw fish are not killed by heating, salting, refridgerating,
One thing I am prone to doing, however is kayaking and walking in some marshland and wonder if I mught have picked up flukes that way.
