1. I adore being grabbed and embraced really tightly by someone I love

2. Jumping on my bed in my home

3. Swimming in the ocean

4. Dancing



5. Eating a delicious meal - especially one you have imagined in your mind before

6. Kissing

7. Rubbing my skin against anothers

8. Holding my man in my arms

9. Being a unique, specific, point of focus for this amazing broader perspective

10. Being that which I am and feeling that which I am flow through me

11. I love dropping the oars and going with the flow

12. I love knowing that everything's alright

13. I totally adore remembering my power

14. I love being happy

15. I love that appreciation is so easy and yet soooo powerful.

16. I love to concentrate on finding things to appreciate and the Universe lines itself up so that it can send more and more good things my way.

17. I love life lived in constant connection with Source.

18. I love that I am ready to learn new ways of feeling good

19. I love the woman I am becoming

20. I love that I have come to the point where I am ready to find relief other ways

21. I appreciate so much what this behaviour has taught me about myself

22. I am now ready to let it go

23. I know that I am safe without it

24. I know that source is going to come and fill me with love when I want to do this behaviour

25. I know that I am safe because I am Source energy in a physical body and I am CREATING the life I want deliberately now!

26. I love the feeling of relief...and I love the *sigh* which sometimes accompanies relief

27. I love relief. Relief is like parental love, like Source caressing my head and my hair, saying 'It's alright, sweet Elle, all is well and it always will be. Let's find something to play with now'
