Can you tell me how much Epsom Salts that you use in the enema? And why do you use the Epsom Salts as enema instead of as laxative?

I use Epsom Salts as laxative occasionally - the taste is horrible - but I feel that using it that way will not only help with colon but also sweep through small intestine as well - along with opening of bile ducts.
