i have an 11 yr. old daughter. she has never really liked meat from birth. i believe she is meant to be vegetarian. girls in her class look like full grown women. my daughter looks like what i think an 11 year old should look like. i noticed the other day that she is still skinny but her belly is starting to look a little fat. i cant explain it right. even though she is skinny her belly does not look healthy. i think she is eating too many carbohydrates. what do i feed her to balance out her carbs. she is worried about her gaining weight. i come from an obese family. i just want to feed her right and up until now she has always look fit. she has a half sister that probably weighs a good 100 lbs. at 9 years old and is vegetarian. so i do not ask advice from her mother. i eat meat and am so confused what i have read on the internet. advice would be appreciated.
