What is the difference between ozone therapy and oxygen therapy?

I've read a few things on hydrogen peroxide therapy, and am wondering, is this the same as ozone and oxygen therapies? What are all the health beneifts to doing this? I received an email from someone who is on a different forum, he states he takes diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide internally. He has been doing this for a number of years and claims he has never gotten sick with colds or flus. He also told me this is done all over Europe, but doctors here don't believe in this method, and will discourage you from trying it. I would like to try hydrogen therapy, but with what I have read about the 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide, this sounds dangerous. Do you need to be under a doctor's care. and how does that work if they don't believe in the methods?
