Dentist visit update

Ok after my wonderful cleaning a few weeks ago, I was scheduled
to go and see the dentist today.

Had x rays done - which all looked good!
Dentist probed around and mentioned something about a tooth 'that did not look like decay' so they would keep an eye on it - I have this area crowned, and there is an a black area between the gum and the crown - I hope that OP, and vit intake, will encourage the gum to grow back.

The other area which has been inflamed - next to an area where I have recession (2 unsuccessful gum surgeries) does not appeat to be inflammed. The gum tissue is thin in this area. Again I will continue to OP and rinse with Salt Water in order to 'toughen up' this area.

For the past few years, every time I have gone to the dentist I have always had to have soemthing done - so to be told' I'll see you in 4 months time for your next cleaning' - I was jubiliant.

I will continue my regime with OP, and if any other recommendations are made on how to improve my gum/teeth health - I will give it ago - the conversion to natural products definately seems to be working for me!
