Retracing or healing crisis

To my understanding the 2 are different.

A HEALING Crisis is when your body is overcome with toxins or germs and you generally feel "Sick all over" and experience Herxheimer reactions.

RETRACEING is when you have had an old injury, be it physical, emotional, or infectous and your body and or mind is "reliving that condition" as you are finally able to deal with it once and for all. Getting it out of your system finally and forever.

And , of course, it is possible to have both of these conditions at the same time, or they could overlap.

These terms are in the alternative Medicine area and are no longer used in "conventional" medicine.
