Re: Never ending neurological symptoms...please help!!!

Any problem is solvable, you just need a good approach.

First thing. Stay cool. Freaking out just makes things worse and maintaining your cool could start making things better.

Second thing. Start being fearless. Fear will make things worse.

Be careful of doctors and medication. while they may have their place, they can give you relief from one problem while creating new ones.

Ok. Now for the fix.

Start looking at good health as the result of your choices and as maintaining good health as a skill. You need to improve your skill and your choices to make your health get better.

The ideas above, for instance, about staying cool and being fearless are part of what anyone must do to maintain good health.

Any problem is solvable.

Now start looking at your choices. What do you eat, drink and do?

How do you react to problems? Do you get angry and negative? Negative ways cause all sorts of ailments.

Another thing to watch out for is using approaches that give you short term relief rather than solving problems. In order to be healthy you need to really resolve problems in your life. Approaches that give relief withou solving include lying, running away, medication, blocking, punishing, retribution, kicking people out of your life and ignoring problems. You are doing these things instead of resolving problems in your life and it has finally caught up with you.

Try all this and learn to make it work.
