Oil Pulling Update

I have been pulling with sunflower oil for about three months now, usually twice a day. There are a couple of things I have noticed. First, the oil pulls have gotten much longer. I have been very careful to measure out the exact amount every time I pull to see if there have been changes in the amount of time it takes for the oil to lose its oily consistency. At first, the oil was losing its consistency within five minutes and the color of the contents was a very thick white. Now, it takes about ten to eleven minutes to lose the oil consistency and the contents is not quite as white. Second, I haven't had any canker sores in my mouth since I started pulling. I would occassionally get these little canker sores in my mouth but since I started pulling I haven't had any. Third, my teeth and mouth in general feel cleaner and look better, especially my gums. Fourth, and most importantly, I no longer have dandruff. I have suffered from extreme dandruff for twenty-five years and was constantly using Denorex (extra strength) to it. About six weeks ago, I stopped using the Denorex and switched to an all natural, all organic shampoo. The dandruff has not reappeared. I'm very happy about this because I never thought the coal tar in the Denorex was good for me.

I haven't noticed anything else, but the things I've mentioned are worth the price of admission; at least for me. Tweet
