I'm 25 and my doctor just diagnosed me with "reactive hypoglycemia" after I took a glucose test recently(...I was not at all surprised by the diagnosis). I also have irritable bowel syndrome, am lactose intolerant with a sensitive stomach...I can't eat tomato sauce, processed foods, too much orange juice, foods cooked with too much oil, fried foods, caffine, etc. I don't drink coffee, smoke or drink alcohol. I do yoga regularly. I already have a very restrictive diet (and am frequently hungry or sick!) and I just have a few questions...
Does anyone know of any good websites which tell you what kinds of veggies, fruits, etc. I should be eating? Do you have any advice for someone on an already limiting diet?
