NFP and "spontaneous ovulation"

I have been sucessfully using NFP for 6 months to prevent pregnancy and I charted my cycle for 4 months before I actually started using this method fully. So I have a pretty good idea what my cycle is; It's from 28-32 and my ovulation period starts on the 20th or 22nd day depending on the duration of the cycle.

I was surfing the internet for additional information on it and I came across this site talking about "spontaneous ovulation". This is one of the sites I saw it on

I was curious if anyone had heard or read anything else about it and whether or not is was true.
