Re: 29th day experincing dry itchy skin-Help!!!
I am not Pepe, but here is my opinion. If
The Master Cleanse is for less than two weeks, then you can do the
Liver Flush immediately after. I did it just as you mentioned, three days of apple juice, flushing on the third day. These flushes were very productive and quite easy since the digestive system is empty. Drinking the oil on an empty stomach can cause nausea, but it was not a huge problem for me.
Now, here is where the problem arises. If you do
The Master Cleanse by the book for longer than ten-fourteen days, then your bile production will drop off quite dramatically. Then you should not attempt a
Liver Flush until you have resumed eating with fats for at least a week, possibly two. Once you get back on solids, start taking a tablespoon or two of high quality olive oil every day. Also be sure and eat plenty of leafy green vegetables to help stimulate the liver.
When you are ready to flush, you might want to do a three day fast with both apple juice and the
Master-Cleanse lemonade to empty out the digestive system. I have done this many times and it does seem to help. THe lemon in the
Master-Cleanse drink does help cleanse the liver, but you need some fats to keep up the bile production, then a day or two of fat free eating to then build up some pressure in the bile ducts. It takes a little effort and experimentation to discover what will work best for you, but alternating
The Master Cleanse with liver and colon cleaning is very effective.
