Sprouting Food and Kids


Hello,

I am just studying Ann Wigmore's and Meyerowitz's books on sprouting and wheatgrass.

My question are experiences in adding sprouts in regular food for children from 2years and above.

- I am in dilemma because of l-cavananin at the alfa-alfa sprouts
- spicy sprouts like watercress and mustard or radish

Then another issue occured to me is possible conflicts or side effects because of strong enzymme power of sprouting food?

I was considering just to warm sprouts on temperature to 45oC just to weak enzymme power.
