Macular Edema

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have been diagnosed with diabetic macular edema three years ago. Avastin and cortisone injections did not help. I have seen some messages in various CureZone Forums mentioning about MSM, iodine, cleansing treatments and wonder if there are patients with diabetic macular edema condition who benefited such alternative treatments and what the others think about those therapies.
