Re: Kingdom development-Funding for Investment Real Estate

I would like to have more time to devote to my ministry so I am pursuing obtaining some investment property to allow this to be done. I have been having some trouble etting funding from banks and the sort because my credit score is very low. I had some bills get behind since katrina and have some stains from mistakes made during my youner years. I am working and trying everyday to correct these credit issues but in the meantime I have been told of some avenues of obtaining properties without using your own credit per say. Is anyone familiar with the process of setting up an entity for a business of this type that would give this business its own credit and all? Please help all info is appreciated.
