and, re:thyroid & psychiatric issues? Used to be common knowledge, at least amongst smart moms. The reason that I am compelled to follow it is because SO many posters here have reported mood swings, myself included. Physical detox, mental detox...all connected. CZ is great because we'll report anything, from the color of BMs to weird dreams to unresolved hostilities towards our loved ones:)
