In the fridge, Sunshine...but not Hu-Mana-Tea. Hu-Mana-Tea, a miracle in itself, wants to be in a cool, dark place, before preparing. I put mine in a jar.

For a kidney cleanse I simply ate watermelon from the garden, daily, throughout the season. And I crunched the seeds...saving dh's carefully picked out ones.

Just a coffee-grinder and I have the makings of watermelon seed tea...another fine kidney cleanse, out of season. Of course, I'll save some for spring planting. They don't grow much until late summer, so we can plant them among earlier crops, and water faithfully...around dawn.
