IP6 is a fantastic Mercury chelator, Selenium binds to mercury and bypasses the kidneys all together (double bonus), TMG brings back the methylation cycle which is lost due to enzyme breakdown (Merc) and the inability to break apart the toxic Homocysteine used by the body to recycle methionine.

NAC can be used in large doses to help oxidize Mercury but my results on this are not good to be polite, actually I would strongly say don't use oxidation to remove mercury this way there appears to be a kidney issue if you do.
