Hi, I was just reading back on the boards a bit and saw something about raw almonds being labeled raw in spite of mandatory pasteurizing and that pasteurizing is a form of cooking - over 100%? Did this go thru??? If so, I had pasteurized grape juice a little and raw almonds this week. I guess I'm down to about 80% raw and I'll have to stick to raw cashews and walnuts... if they truly are raw. It's amazing - 80% raw and still detoxing like crazy? I just drank some nice cayenne pepper....
