Re-read it and saw you WERE making alterations. When it come to the flush I always react when someone says you NEED to do it a certain way. Been doing the flush for 3 years. Have done dozens. Stopped the morning ES after the first 3 and only recently, substituted SWF's as a preferred follow-up. I, too am perplexed at my censoring. There is no divisiveness or argument in my message.

You can use different oils, Mix with other than GF, Change the timing, drink close to the ES dose, sleep or not. Tweet
