Day 30!!! Only 10 more to go...

WOW! I made it to day 30! i can't believe it! this is the longest i ever cleansed before and i still have 10 more days to go until 40.

feel great, but must admit i am excited at the prospect of eating again. i have been studying the raw diet these 30 days and decided to eat raw as much as possible. my new dehydrator arrived yesteray and i already have my sprouting bags and food processor/juicer, et al, so i am good to go. the library has been kind enough to supply me with enough raw (un)cookbooks to get started - and the Internet is full of great ideas.

while i am excited about all the raw-ness, i still have to focus on the prize - Feb 11...two more weekends, one of which is SUPERBOWL, where my BF, the CHEF is cooking up a storm for our guests. well, i've been strong this long, i can hold out even longer!

i am eternally grteful for this forum and wanted to thank everyone who posts here for providing wisdom, experience, inspiration and...well...distraction.
