folliculitus. help me

everytime i shave ( yes i use a different razor) i break out with what is folliculitus. i know what it is because i have to go to the doctor and get anti-biotics for it. it has happened the past 4 times. i tried shaving with and electric and it still happened. i dont know what to do anymore.. and it seems like the anti-biotics are taking longer to work each time i have to get them. topical cream such and clindamycin seems to do nothing also.. i break out in red sores.. like pimples.. they eventually form big white heads.. how do i stop this monster
