I did not expect serious die off symptoms- I don't really know why, I guess because my diet it pretty healthy. Almost vegan, and high raw- it seems to be one meal in and one out with me, so I assumed that maybe I did not have too many critters in there...Wrong! last night I was dying- I have had to take two lots of over the counter meds- couldn't have stood it otherwise.

I hope your husband hangs on it there. I watched a humorous DVD today and the laughing seemed to help.
