Re: Anyone tried Retinol aka Vitamin A
I now know why people that use Accutane got Exfoliative Cheilitis, they had normal keratin production in the lips but had Acne, their intake of vitamin A reduced sebum production/keratin production(reducing Acne), which the major sebum loss caused DRY lips to the point of Exfoliative Cheilitis and dry skin. I'm sure if they restored sebum production while using vitamin A they wouldn't have Exfoliative Cheilitis.
Acne is cause by overproduction of Sebum, they have oil imbalances.
For us applying Vitamin A to the lips will normalize keratin production. To resolve inflammation and oil levels in the body use Evening Primrose Oil and Zinc. This is definitely strong choice, i will be doing this.
Like i said i actually thought of this before reading this.
ID STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO USE EVENING PRIMROSE OIL TO PROTECT YOUR SEBUM GLANDS FROM VITAMIN A. THE VITAMIN A WILL TAKE CARE OF THE CONSTANTLY GROWING SKIN AND THE EPO WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR OIL LEVELS AND INFLAMMATION ALONG WITH ZINC.
As soon as i get hold of Vitamin A in a pure form which allows me to rub it on my lips. I will be doing this treatment.
What i will be doing is.
1. Vitamin A cream/drops with shea butter on lips
2. Using High dosage of Evening Primrose Oil (non-toxic)
3. Normal doses of zinc
I don't see any flaws. No matter what, i can't see any flaws in this approach. I'm not denial or naive, i've been through numerous treaments by doctors/derms, i've researched and tried my own. I can't see this failing at all.
