Re: Why limit yourself? UR a being of Joy, and

Do you currently have any practices or disciplines?

If so are you good about implementing them when
things are seeminmg overrwhelming?

1. Meditation
2. Yoga

But for you it may be martial arts and meditation

Meditation is not a snap but a great way to begin the journey

Actaully I experienced the space when playing tennis once,
Every thing slowed down and the window the ball passed through at the net
(teachers visualization-which I atually saw!)
The ball slowly, slo mo, passed through the window and onto my court

This slowing down allowed me to be in the right spot and the correct position for a backhand that was superb

So I cannott say why this occurred when it did, except I guessed that many expert players have the ability to do just this in some form.

You have access to the space of no time, no space, and as my favorite CZ Aye says
no thing
