It sounds to me like a parasitic infection. The symptoms you describe may be dysentery, lysentery,IBS,colitis or something similar.

No matter the medical term, go visit the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement forum and take the product immediately.I tell you that not to frighten you, but to decrease your bad days that I'm sure will end after you start it.

It would be advisable to get your girlfriend take it also.She may have contracted some bad protozoa or bacteria from you.So she would also rid these and won't transmit them to you again in the future.
