Well done on starting your fast trust me 14 days will fly past and soon you'll have lost 10 or more pounds and have clear skin. Once the initial discomfort has passed fasting becomes easier if not a breeze so it might be a good idea to focus less on the fast itself cause you'll heve that under control and instead now start focusing on exactly how you intend to break your fast. Really fasting is easy after a while hunger passes and you just maintain your fast by not eating easy but we dont put as much effort into breaking a fast as we do on fasting. We then find ourselves done with the fast but with no clue what to do after the fast, we have been deprived during the fast and suddenly confronted with all this food and just no clue what to do. If one is not careful all the effort vested in fasting can be very quickly eroded in a few day of improper breaking of the fast.
Breaking a fast properly is probably more important than the fast itself since whether you maintain the results of a fast and continue detoxing and weightloss is largely dependant on how you break your fast.
Just something you can think about once you settle into your fast!
