oil pulling after one week

hello all!

I just started oil pulling and let me tell you... it's fantastic!!!!!

headaches vanish
skin has cleared
feet are less crackly

and best of all....

bowel movements are consistently awesome.

I don't know about you guys but I really enjoy my bowel movements. I feel great afterwards and I am so grateful that OP has really helped me out with those.
