I think it's so much easier subsequent to doing your initial cleanse.
You know what to expect , what and what not to do.

you are definitely in the zone , and your body is spending the energy it normally
uses to digest and process your food to heal itself.

Once given the chance ,the body, void of toxic intake, will do what it's supposed
to do-regenerate. I honestly believe that.
