No haven't purchased yet but am fascinated with fermented products. I make my own raw kefir milk and kombuca but while my family will have a little of it not as much. Even though we get organic food products from whole foods Dr. Yanick says they still have mold in them.
I have spoke to him via emails about the process compared to what some others like New Chapter use and it seems quite different.
His website has three products for retail while he has unique protocol used by licensed MDs that have gone through his training and this is the only way to get the products. It seems a lot of problems stem with the liver and bile. What seems unique with Dr. Gerson was coffee enema to help open up the bile ducts to release the toxins out of the body so he was way ahead of his time on this. I have received a few of his Update newsletters. I have learned now to study any products before purchasing and have gone to about 75 percent raw diet and moved away from any man made synthetic vitamins including isolates. Thats why I like what fermentation can do and his process seems to be cutting edge. He also has published a lot on commensals in the Townsend Letter.
Any other thoughts? I was thinking of purchasing all three by this week
