Normal White bread will still contain wheat. Eating wheat will cause weight gain in Type B people. The bread thing is a stuggle for me too...If you are not sensitive to gluten then Spelt is a fantastic alterative flour..it still contains gluten so it can be used as wheat flour is. You can get this in Health shops they will also stock some wheat free bread but from my experience it isnt very enjoyable. I think it makes nicer bread than wheat. If you haven't already get yourself a breadmaker (or do it yourself) and have fun experimenting. i am trying to conquer gluten free bread at the moment with rice, millet and semolina flours...fingers crossed.
