Re: distilled water: acidity/stomach problems/reality?

with regard to the replies, thanks for answering.

in response: I tested the water with ph strips also comparing it to tap water, urine, saliva and mineral water and it was clearly the most acidic on a relative basis on the scale.

i am a healthy guy (really trying to prevent future illness by being proactive). I east a healthy diet, dont smoke, and normal weight etc. My problem is Ive being getting pain recentlt so I stopped taking apple cider vinegar as i thought it might be that. But that may no difference. I now (from today) am going back to mineral water. Basically I dont think my eyes were deceiving me and that makes me concerned that my body is currently acidic ( pain in the kidneys, gastric area ). Also I dont want to be tring to mainatin a correct balance for my distilled water Im no chemist.

I suppose time will tell if the pain dissipates after stopping. If I feel like my body is acidic now does anyone have any suggestions how to reverse the process?

thanks
