Thanks again for your kind words of wisdom and yes I am afraid of death. I think that fear is implanted intentionally to keep that survival instinct going strong. I began having these strange astral experiences when I came into my mid-20's back in the 90's dabbling into occult and metaphysical literature like the "Seth Speaks" books, Eckankar, UFO's, A Course in Miracles amongst others. I was also then very very isolated with loneliness and thought maybe I must be going mentally nuts. Despite my trying to somewhat rid myself of this phenomena, it returns when it wants. Sometimes I've noticed a really bright light going on but my eyelids are closed and I refuse to open them because I'm going to be scared.
