Severe amine intolerance

I've had reactive hypoglycemia, underactive thyroid and suffer from adrenal fatigue. I've gotten my blood Sugar under control by doing Iodine therapy. It's really helped alot of my problems...all but one.

Amine intolerance.

Back before the Iodine I stumbled across a person who ate nothing but meat. So I adopted this diet, not understanding that they ate RAW meat only (and non-aged meat). I was eating primarily cooked meat. After a month or so I developed a severe case of hives on my chest, neck and the back of my head.

It's now to the point where EVERYTHING causes some degree of delayed hives because...of course everything has some sort of amine content. I tried taking apple cider vinegar (which is aged) and today my hives are out of control. When I eat mainly raw eggs and some almonds...it's still there but WAY less than when I include meat, or olive oil or anything else with a good amount of amines.

I've been reading that this is/could be due to an issue with the Mono and Diamine Oxidase enzymes that are supposed to break down the amines you consume.

Is there a way to supplement with those, or some way to fix this? I literally can't eat ANYTHING anymore...it's horrible.
