repetitive dream of cheating fiancee

k, my background, ive been with my fiancee going on 4yrs and both of us are very confident secure, outgoing, well we have two wonderful kids together, anyways always been faithful with each other, open communication, the whole nine, well recently ive been having these dreams that he's cheating on me or is wanting to leave me. during our the past years in our relationship ive always tried to leave him for stupid reasons and the other day, keep in mind, we were in the process of buying a bigger house, i recently just got a brand new suv, diamond necklace, and a new dvd/navi/player for the suv for christmas, with all of this i told him that i wanted to leave him...lol i know retarded, i had repetitive dream that he was cheating on me with another girl, ive never had this insecurity before but now i just felt this way for awhile now. what does this all mean??
