I have done the Humaworm cleanse several times over the last couple of years for maintenance. We have a dog and cat and it just makes sense to cleanse regularly whether you feel you need it or not.
You are already keeping food and ozonated water apart. That's good. Bear in mind that water goes through the system much quicker than food so you could eat or take the Humaworm in as little time as 1/2 hour after your ozonated water. When taken on an empty stomach, the nascnt oxygen from the ozonated water goes directly to the blood stream from the stomach and small intestine if it is not used up in those two organs. I personally would not take the ozonated water WITH the Humaworm. If I were you I would oil pull, drink ozonated water, take the Humaworm 1/2 hour later and then eat. The ozonated water might interact negatively with the herbs if you take them together, but if you separate them by at least a half hour, the nascent oxygen will already be in your bloodstream and will provide a benefit that will potentially make the Humaworm more effective. Timing is everything.
