If you are referring to chemtrails, the spraying
of barium and other agents of unknown (to us)
origin, I might suggest what I have been taking
now for approximately 3 weeks~~

I take it twice a day and will most likely
continue to do this especially on the days they
spray. I will also be staying inside on the days
when the skies look like this~~



Actually the two weeks that did me in were days
when the sky was laid out in a tight grid heavier
than the picture above, and it was low compared
to the many other times I have been paying attention.

As for fluoride, filter your water, or distill it.
It is also important to mind what you are programming
your body to think. When you tell yourself that you
will never feel well again, your body takes that
command and runs with it. Believe me, I know since
I reacted to a situation once saying, "this will
kill me". I only said it once but it was enough to
wreak havoc on my entire body and it took me quite
a while to convince my body I did not mean it and
reverse the situation. Think health and each day
do what you have to do to enhance your immune system.

Personally, I also look at the experimentation by
Dr. Masaru Emoto's with water and have appreciated
that what we think has the power to ameliorate many
toxins in our environment.

Consider paying more attention to your thoughts and
visualizing that the air you take into your body and
the water will bring you health~~I had sort of let this
advice to myself slip from my consciousness and now
I will also be paying closer attention to how I regard
the air, water, food, and herbs I take into my body.
