Re: Receeding gum line. Oil pulling cure? Something else?

Hi,

//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=918808#i

There's a post from a few months ago about someone who saw pretty quick regrowth of gums after beginning OP. (That whole thread is interesting, too.) I searched within this forum "gum regrowth" and several old posts came up.

I think the H202 releases mercury when it touches the Amalgam fillings so you don't want to use it. Of course, that site also says that mercury vaporizes at room temperature, so I took that to mean what I have also read before -- that it's always being released in our hot mouths, when we chew food, etc. -- but I would still stay away from H202.

I know it's overwhelming at the start but if you develop a practice of OP and doing the gum stimulation and tooth care that Dr. Behm describes, you will feel better. First, you will be taking action and "right thinking follows right action" -- i.e. worrying about it won't make you feel better, but doing something will. Second, both OP and the practices described on that site are proven to help mouth health. Both are pretty simple and straightforward and I would imagine you will see some benefits fairly soon. Can you make a deal with yourself to suspend worry and judgment for a couple of weeks and just make the effort and trust the process?

Hang in there, and get started!

Best to you,

Laura
