No, really! I'm having some tear-inducing gas and it's my first day back on real food after a 10 day juice fast. Anyone else experience this!? It's horrid... what should I do? I'm gonna go eat some more probiotics and some peppermint oil pills for now. I'm not used to this yet- is there something I should be doing to help my body adjust? I tried to stick with simple foods like raw and steamed veggies and whole grains. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
