Thanks for the tip! I am thinking about doing this flush tonite. I havent decided yet. But I just researched a simple flush on this link. Its bascially intaking a cup of olive oil and grapefruit and go to bed. Someone on Candida Forum saw little results because there was no prep. I'm thinking about adding the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) first, then add 1/4 cup of ACV to the olive oil/grapefruit mixture and see what happens.
