Some people also swear by grapefruit seed extract (not grape), great little natural
anti-bacterial. There are even nasal sprays sold in the health food stores, that are made just of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and distilled water and my friend claims that that is all she needs to use for any allergies.
You would have to do a search on just how much of extract in how much water (usually no more than couple of drops, but I do not know it first-hand).
