Re: repetetive dream in a thrift store?

To dream that you are wandering, suggests that you are searching and looking for some direction in your life. You are lacking motivation. Alternatively, it represents a transformation. To dream that you are shopping, indicates your needs and desires. Consider what you are shopping for and what needs you are try to fulfil. If the dreamer is searching for someone or something, there is something missing, either an idea or an actual object that she needs to find and make use of. Other symbols in the dream could reveal exactly what that is. To dream that you are shopping for or buying clothes, represents your anxieties about trying to fit in or being "well-suited" for your changing role.

White is a promise of success in all that concerns you. To dream that you are dressed in gauze, signifies uncertainty in wealth.

To dream that you are wearing a skirt, forewarns that major trouble is brewing amongst your friends and/or relatives. To dream that you are dressed in white, foretells that you will have longevity and good health throughout your life.

Dreams involving weddings/marriage are generally negative and highlight some anxiety or fear. It often refers to feelings of bitterness, sorrow, or death. Alternatively, wedding dreams reflect your issues about commitment and independence.

In general, I would say you are currently experiencing some anxieties about your life. Just off the top of my head I would say you are very young, and might be setting off in life on your own…might even be in college??? Overall, I would say your subconscious is trying to tell you that whatever is happening now is of no real consequence in the long run. You need to be yourself, and be true to yourself. Also, did someone you know get engaged or married recently? If so, did you feel disappointment of some kind? Could it also be that you have a strong desire to get married?

Hope this helps. Go through the dream symbol definitions above, and see where they fit within your life. The last paragraph is me practicing to be Johnny Carson.
