I trust his recommendations because I had a swollen lymph gland in my neck (or was it the beginning of a goiter?) that did not want to go away no matter what I did. He gave me a formula called Vitalize. The lump in my neck got much smaller and has softened significantly. I'm about to do another round.

Meanwhile, I also asked him about heavy metal removal. He is into Dulse, rather than Lugols, and recommended a product called Metal Free that has cayenne in it. It really seemed to help me a lot.

I was able to increase the Iodine by 4 drops per day when I added it.
