Bloating

I am Blood Type B and have been eating all the Beneficial foods, some neutral, but avoiding the "AVOIDS" on the list.
A typical day's meals would be:

Breakfast: Bowl of Oatmeal, Tea
Lunch: Sandwich Using Ezekiel Bread and Turkey and Cheddar cheese. Papaya Juice.
Dinner: Lamb, Green Beans, Rice, Broccoli

I noticed an immediate improvement in my energy level, also my mental clarity improved tremendously, and aches and pains went away in about 3 days.

After 2 weeks of being a "Saint" on the diet, I went to a Thai restaurant and ate a couple of things I had not touched in 2 weeks. I ate Chicken Satay, with Peanut sauce and then I ate the fortune cookie at the end.

Within an hour, I was bloated. SOmething that had ceased when I started eating right. I wish I had only eaten one bad food, cuse then I could pinpoint which one it was, but it was either chicken, peanuts, or wheat.

I did learn my lesson though. For dinner I had lamb, ezekiel bread, and green beans with a glass of fresh papaya juice.

I am here to tell you this really works for me. And I am sticking to it this time.

Next time I choose to sin, I will do it one food at a time, and see how I react. Then I can weigh the penalty vs the benefit for each food.
