I would like to thank you for your generous reply. I too am going to begin my 4th MC. I did one last March and was planning on going for 40 days but my body told me I was done at day 31.

I already quit smoking 2 days ago and have been using the gum and a patch. I think you are right though...I will probably not need anything for long.

I made a decision to start the Master-Cleanse next monday. When are you starting? Good luck and I look forward to seeing you on this support network.
